What are the delivery charges?
We provides free delivery on orders above than Rs.500 in Delhi and 1000 for NCR. Otherwise Rs.100 is charged for delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delhi – Estimated delivery time for item in stock is 4 to 6 hours else can go upto 24 hours
NCR – Estimated delivery time for item in stock is 24 hours else can go upto 48 hours
Please note above delivery time is applicable for advance online payment only. In case of COD, extra time would be taken and informed within 2 hours of ordering.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
You can return the ordered item only in case if it is defected, damaged or expired either at the time of delivery or by contacting our customer care.
What are the conditions for initiating a return?
Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.
Consumable items that have been used or installed cannot be returned.Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are likewise ineligible.
‘Damage’ or ‘defect’ is as defined under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please return the item in the actual condition you received it with all its original packaging and accessories.
Return is applicable either on the spot at the time of delivery else delivered at our office / warehouse on customer’s logistics expense.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your online order within 1 hour after placing your order. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made or initiated.
How can I cancel items in my order?
You can cancel an item in your order, till the item is shipped by us.
In order to cancel an item in your order:
- Log into your GrosseryHUB.com account and go to the ‘My Orders’ page
- Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding ‘View Details’ link
- In the detailed order page, you will see ‘Cancel’ links against each of the items in that order
- Click on the ‘Cancel’ link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
- your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
Why do I see a disabled ‘Cancel’ link?
A disabled ‘Cancel’ link can mean the following things: – The item has already been shipped by us. – The item has a quantity greater than one associated with it. – The item is non-refundable (example, e-Gift Vouchers, Wallet Top-Ups, etc) – In any of the above cases, you can get in touch with our Customer Support for more information
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 hours to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same. In case the seller is WS Retail the refund mode will be GrosseryHUB.com Wallet. The refunded amount will be made available immediately.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by GrosseryHUB.com.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.
There are two modes of refund:
- GrosseryHUB.com Wallet – If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your GrosseryHUB.com Wallet in the ‘store credit’ component. This applies when WS Retail is the seller.
- Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, GrosseryHUB.com will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
